How to Report Copyright Violation
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Accento AI without your permission, please send us a notice. Your notice must include:

- Work Details: Describe the copyrighted work you think is being used without permission.
- Where to Find It: Tell us where the content is on Accento AI. Give us a link or a clear description of where to find it.
- A Statement: Write these two sentences in your notice:
- “I believe that the use of the work in the way I described is not allowed by the copyright owner, the owner’s agent, or the law.”
- “The information in this notice is correct. I can legally act on behalf of the owner of this copyright.”
- Your Signature: Sign the notice with your real name or your electronic signature.

What We Do When We Receive a Notice
When we get a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Take Down the Content: We will remove or block access to the content that is said to be violating copyright.
- Notify the User: We will let the user who posted the content know about the claim.
- Keep Records: We will keep a record of the notice and any actions we take.
Important Notes:
- False Claims: If you knowingly send a false notice, you could face legal action.
- Counter-Notice: If your content was taken down and you believe it was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice.
