Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Accento AI, an AI-powered tool for LinkedIn content creation and scheduling. By accessing or using Accento AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the service.

Using Accento AI  

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• Account Creation: You may need to create an account to use Accento AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Acceptable Use: You agree to use Accento AI only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.  
• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you create using Accento AI. However, you grant Accento AI a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
• Prohibited Activities: You may not use Accento AI to:
  • Post or share content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or discriminatory.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Violate the privacy of others.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service.
  • Use any automated means to access or use the service, including but not limited to bots, scrapers, and spiders.  

Content and AI

• Content Generation: Accento AI uses artificial intelligence to help you create and schedule LinkedIn content. The quality and accuracy of the generated content may vary. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the content before posting it on LinkedIn.
• AI Limitations: You acknowledge that the AI technology used by Accento AI is constantly evolving and may have limitations. Accento AI does not guarantee that the generated content will be perfect or error-free.
• Bias: Accento AI makes every effort to minimize bias in its AI algorithms. However, you acknowledge that AI systems can sometimes reflect biases present in the data they are trained on. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you create and share is free from bias and discrimination.

Payment and Billing

• Fees: Accento AI may offer different subscription plans with varying features and pricing. You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.
• Billing: You will be billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.
• Refunds: Accento AI may offer refunds at its discretion.

Intellectual Property

• Accento AI Ownership: Accento AI and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the service, including all software, technology, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property.
• User Content License: You grant Accento AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving the service.  

Disclaimer of Warranties

Accento AI is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Accento AI does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects in the service will be corrected.  

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Accento AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the service, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if Accento AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Accento AI harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.  

Termination

Accento AI may terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Accento AI relating to your use of the service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.  

Changes to Terms

Accento AI may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the service. Your continued use of the service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
